Meeting Point & Itinerary
Main Entrance of the University of Vienna. (Subway Line 2, station “Schottentor”, Exit: University).
Address: Universitätsring 1, 1010 Vienna, Austria. When you arrive at Universitätsring, you will see a large staircase leading to the University’s main entrance. Your guide will be waiting for you on the staircase, outside the main entrance, carrying a camera and a tripod.

What is the maximum group size?
The maximum group size is 10 participants per group.
What if our group exceeds the maximum of 10 participants?
Please get in touch with us. We will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Is the tour suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! The tour is beginner-friendly and also a great fit for more advanced photographers.
What happens in case of bad weather?
A little rain will not stop us and can even create unique photographic
opportunities. We will provide rain covers if needed. If you feel uncomfortable due to the weather conditions, or in case of storms or heavy rain, we will try to find an alternative appointment. If rescheduling is not possible, the tour can be cancelled free of charge.
Can I make a reservation on the same day?
Yes, you can make a reservation up to 6 hours before the official starting time. If your request is closer to the starting time, please contact us by phone. We may be able to arrange a short-notice booking.
Is it possible to pay in cash?
Yes, cash payment is possible. For payment-related questions, please contact us.
Is it possible to cancel the tour?
Yes, you can cancel the tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the official starting time (local time).
Can you pick us up from our hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a hotel pick-up service. The meeting point is in front of the Main University Building. You can find detailed directions under “Meeting Point” in the tour description.
If you prefer not to use public transportation, we recommend using a local taxi service or a ride-hailing service such as Uber.
